Ingredients
- 1 pound tilapia filets
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- olive oil
- purple cabbage slaw mix
- 1 avocado pitted and sliced
- crumbled cotija cheese
- pre-made pico de gallo
- fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 limes
- 4 corn torillas (I like to microwave them or heat them in a skillet before serving)
Spicy Crema Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayo or sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 whole canned chipotle pepper in adobe sauce

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of all of your tilapia filets.
- Sear the fish in the heated olive oil in the skillet until cooked through and crisp on the edges. Set Aside.
- Make the crema sauce by blending all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Build your tacos. Set the corn tortillas on your plate. Smear cream sauce on the bottom. Place seared fish on top. Top with all of your toppings; slaw, avocado slices, cotija cheese, pico, cilantro, lime juice. ENJOY (:
