- 2 fresh salmon fillets
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Spray a small oven-safe dish with non-stick spray.
- Place salmon fillets skin side down in the dish.
- Sprinkle each fillet with a small pinch of salt.
- In a small microwavable bowl, combine the strawberry jam, soy sauce, and balsmaic vinegar.
- Microwave mixture for 20-30 seconds, or until melted and combined.
- Pour mixture over the salmon fillets and rub the glaze on the fish using a spoon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the center is no longer raw. (mine was perfect at 18 minutes, every oven is a little different)
- Serve and pour glaze in the bottom of the dish on the salmon.
