Ingredients
2
fresh salmon fillets
pinch
salt
1/2
cup
strawberry jam
1
tablespoon
soy sauce
1
tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Spray a small oven-safe dish with non-stick spray.
Place salmon fillets skin side down in the dish.
Sprinkle each fillet with a small pinch of salt.
In a small microwavable bowl, combine the strawberry jam, soy sauce, and balsmaic vinegar.
Microwave mixture for 20-30 seconds, or until melted and combined.
Pour mixture over the salmon fillets and rub the glaze on the fish using a spoon.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the center is no longer raw. (mine was perfect at 18 minutes, every oven is a little different)
Serve and pour glaze in the bottom of the dish on the salmon.
