Lets get to rolling!! Delicious baked chicken meatballs coming right up!!
- First things first! Let’s get organized! On your counter you should have all of the following ingredients and tools pulled out to make your baked chicken meatballs.
- 1/2 measuring cup
- medium mixing bowl
- mixing spoon/spatula
- 2 sheet pans
- small cookie scoop or spoon
- foil
- non-stick spray
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
- shredded parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- dried parsley
- garlic powder
2.Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Grab your two sheet pans and cover with foil, lightly spray over the foil with nonstick spray!
3.Grab a medium sized bowl. Mix all of the following ingredients using your mixing soon or spatula:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
4.Using a small cookie scoop, spoon, or your hands roll the meat mixture into 20 small meatballs. Place spread out evenly on the sheet pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and cooked through. ENJOY and sprinkle with extra parsley! Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, I loved it in BBQ!
