This jalapeño cheddar burger is outrageously delicious. Talk about a flavor bomb! Surprise your family with a quick, low carb, high flavor jalapeño cheddar burger everyone will LOVE!

Okay lets get to making these jalapeño cheddar popping burgers!! First things first, make the special sauce. In a bowl whisk all of the following sauce ingredients until well combined and smooth.
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 Tablespoons dijion mustard
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a medium bowl combine the following ingredients.
- 1 pound of 80 lean/20 fat ground beef (This ratio makes for a beautiful burger, trust me)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- sliced jalapeño peppers from the jar to taste

Give these burger ingredients a good mix with a fork until just combined. Meanwhile start heating an iron or non-stick skillet with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
Lets form the burgers! Split into 4 parts to make 4 patties. Press the burgers into a flat disk. Fold 1 slice of cheddar cheese into a square and place in the center of the patty.

Roll the jalapeño burger into a ball to cover the cheese.

Gently press the patty back out into a disk, making a thumb print in the center to prevent shrinking. Your jalapeño burgers are almost ready!!

Cook your jalapeño cheddar burgers in the iron skillet over medium heat until reached an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees. Once cooked, remove to a plate to rest for 2-3 minutes.
Nowwww the fun part! Make your burger bag. Grab a small paper sack and roll it almost all of the way down. Cooking can be crafty too (;

Build your Jalapeño Cheddar Burger in a bag! Grab 1-2 medium-large sized lettuce leaves and place burger in the center. Top with desired toppings, tomato, pickles, etc… and drizzle with special sauce. Wrap and place in bag! ENJOY!

This fun Jalapeño burger would pair beautifully with my quick, crisp, and delish skillet sweet potatoes!
