Ingredients
Turkey Burger
- 1 lb ground turkey meat
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon water
Chiopotle Mayo
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup sourcream
- 2 chipotle chiles from the 1 can of chipotles in adobo sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
Burger Toppings
- 4 slices thick applewood smoked bacon cooked to liking
- 2 slices muenster cheese good quality
- 2 slices fresh pineapple cut into medium/thin round disk
- 2 Kings Hawaiian sweet burger buns
- fresh lettuce

Instructions
- In a bowl combine turkey meat, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, garlic, and water.
- Heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Split the meat mixture in half and form 2 turkey patties about 3/4 inch thick.
- Cook the turkey patties 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the meat is done throughout, and there is a nice sear. Set aside.
- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F.
- Grab a sheet pan and place your buns on it with cooked turkey patties on top. Lay a slice of muenster cheese over each burger.
- Place the pan in oven for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and buns are toasted.
- In a blender mix all of the chipotle mayo ingredients to create your sauce.
- Build your burger: spread chipotle mayo on top and bottom buns.
- Place pineapple on top of cheesy turkey patty.
- Top the cooked bacon on top of pineapple.
- Top with lettuce and top bun.
