Ingredients
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 1/2 cup shredded gouda cheese
- 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
- Wash cauliflower head and cut into florets.
- Steam cauliflower in a cauliflower basket. If you do not have a steamer basket, boil the florets in water.
- Once fork tender, drain in a colander and dress the excess water out by pressing a small plate against the cauliflower.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a food processor and process until smooth. Add in the butter, cream, gouda cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley. Blend until super smooth and creamy. Garnish with extra cheese and parsley.
