Creamy Mashed Cauliflower with Gouda
This is for all of my mashed potato lovers that want a healthy yet FLAVOR packed alternative! This Creamy Mashed Cauliflower is to die for. The smooth texture, creamy cheese, and smokey paprika pack a punch of flavor!

  1. Wash cauliflower head and cut into florets.
  2. Steam cauliflower in a cauliflower basket. If you do not have a steamer basket, boil the florets in water.
  3. Once fork tender, drain in a colander and dress the excess water out by pressing a small plate against the cauliflower.
  4. Transfer the cauliflower to a food processor and process until smooth. Add in the butter, cream, gouda cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley. Blend until super smooth and creamy. Garnish with extra cheese and parsley.
