Line a cookie sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine your canned pumpkin, softened butter, oil, softened cream cheese and sugar.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all of the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Slowly fold the flour mixture a little at a time into the pumpkin mixture. (The dough should be sticky, but easy to form into balls of dough.Add more cake flour if the mixture is still wet.)
Split and roll the dough into 8 large balls. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle tops with cinnamon.
