- 2 cups ( plus 2 tablespoons) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and cooled a bit.
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg (plus 1 egg yolk)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet Ghirardelli chocolate chips
- Nutella

Instructions
Prepare Nutella Bites
- Start by freezing your Nutella bites. Grab a plate and a piece of parchment paper.
- Scoop 1/2 tablespoon of nutella on the parchement paper for each cookie. ( I only filled half of my cookies with Nutella, so there was an option of both) Make as many Nutella bites as you want, to fill your cookies.
- Place the Nutella bites in the freezer for at least 15 minutes. Leave the bites in the freezer until dough is prepared and rolled into balls.
