For the smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup fresh mango chuncks
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup cantelope chuncks
- 1/2 cup Ice
- 2 teaspoon chia seeds
Optional Toppings
- kiwi sliced into disk
- dragon fruit cubed
- sweetened toasted coconut
- mango slices

Instructions
- Prep all of your toppings and fruits.
- Place all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl. Top with toppings and enjoy! It is that simple friends. (;
