Ingredients

pounds
Yukon gold potatoes
1 1/2
sticks
softened salted butter
1
8 ounce
cream cheese
1/2
cup
half & half
1/2
cup
heavy cream
Freshly ground
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel all of the potatoes (grab a large bowl and make it fun while watching your favorite show on the couch) 😉
Cut potatoes into fourths
Toss them in a large pot and cover all of the potatoes with water.
Place pot on stove top and boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes or until very tender
Drain water from pot. Return potatoes back to pot.
Over low heat on the stove, use a potato masher for about 5 minutes to mash potatoes.
Turn off the stove heat.
Add in cream cheese, butter, half & half, heavy cream, salt & pepper.
Grab a hand mixer or use a bit of elbow grease to whip the potatoes to a creamy and smooth consistency. ENJOY!
