In a bowl combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper.
Brush mixture over salmon.
Heat a medium size skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon, skin side facing up. Sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes and then flip and cook for another 5 minutes or until the salmon is done. This will vary depending on the size of your salmon.
To make the dressing: In a blender, mix the yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, honey and a large pinch of salt.
Add the kale to a large bowl and pour over the yogurt sauce. (Pour as much dressing as you prefer)
Add the oranges, avocado, and quinoa and gently toss to combine. Divide the salad among 4 and top each with salmon.
