Cindy’s Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
Hot Chocolate

can
pet milk
“evaporated milk”
1/2
cup
granulated sugar
4
tablespoons
Hershey’s cocoa powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt
water
Whipped Cream Topping
1
pint
heavy whipping cream
1/4
cup
powdered sugar
Optional Toppings
chocolate dust
marshmallows
cinnamon
Instructions
Hot Chocolate
Pour the pet milk into a medium sized sauce pan. Fill the pan to 3/4 full with water.
Heat the milk and water over medium-high heat.
Once the mixture starts to heat a couple of minutes, stir in the sugar, cocoa powder and salt.
Mix well, and heat to temperature liking.
Whipped Cream Topping
In a large mixing bowl using a hand or stand mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar, until the mixture forms a stiff cream.
Top with your favorite toppings, gather with friends & family around a fireplace and enjoy. 🙂
