Autumn Brunch Pizza

Autumn Brunch Pizza
Prep Time 50 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1 package DeLallo Italian Pizzza Dough Kit (can find at Walmart,Kroger or just about any local grocery)
  • 1 jar DeLallo Simply Pesto "Sun-Dried Tomato Basil & Cheese" (can find at Walmart,Kroger or just about any local grocery)
  • 1 tub or package shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 small butternut squash
  • 1/2 bag (or enough to fill the skillet) kale
  • olive oil
  • minced garlic
  • salt&pepper
  • oregano (for sprinkling)
  • fresh parsley for garnish

  • 1 jar DeLallo Simply Pesto "Sun-Dried Tomato Basil & Cheese" (can find at Walmart,Kroger or just about any local grocery)
  • 1 tub or package shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 small butternut squash
  • 1/2 bag (or enough to fill the skillet) kale
  • olive oil
  • minced garlic
  • salt&pepper
  • oregano (for sprinkling)
  • fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
  1. Follow the directions on the DeLallo pizza dough kit.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fill the skillet with kale and saute in 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  4. Add 2 teaspoons of minced garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper to the kale. Use a wooden spoon to toss the kale until wilted.
  5. Set cooked kale aside.
  6. In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  7. Saute the cubed butternut squash for about 5 minutes, or until starting to soften and browned a little bit.
  8. Add 1 teaspoon of garlic and a pinch of salt to the butternut squash. Toss to combine.
  9. Set cooked squash aside.
  10. When the pizza dough is prepped and ready on the pizza pan. Top your pizza.
  11. Start with the sun-dried tomato paste. Use the entire jar to coat the pizza dough evenly.
  12. Drizzle a little olive oil over the dough.
  13. Top with the butternut squash & kale.
  14. Top with the parmesean cheese.
  15. Now sprinkle with the oregeno.
  16. Bake for 8 minutes.
  17. Remove from oven and crack 4 eggs directly on the pizza.
  18. Bake for another 5 minutes, or until eggs whites are cooked and the yellows are still over easy.
  19. Top with fresh parsley and ENJOY! <3
