To the parent that is feeling overwhelmed. To the person working late shifts. To the person that doesn’t know where to start. This is for you. Cooking should be a place to find our peace and our happy. Not something to stress about, or overcomplicate. This is why I created a meal plan that is different. We all know saving 10 recipe reels and shopping for the 200 ingredients they require is not getting us anywhere anymore. It is overwhelming. The meal plans I share will use a short list of ingredients, in various ways throughout your week. Home cooking can be simple. Home cooking can be semi-homemade. Today social media is saturated with content that can make you feel like you are not enough, because you are not cooking gourmet meals for your family that require 30 ingredients. Cooking with 2 ingredients? That is cooking. Cooking with a bottle of pre-made sauce? Also cooking. Throwing freezer food in an air-fryer? Yep. You are cooking. You are enough. So let’s get back in the kitchen! Meal plan one is ready for you to download and take to the grocery store.
